This is purely about principal. If they responded to email quickly and we could have worked it out, great. BUt the fact that each email was from a different person who clearly didn't read the previous ones-- that frustrates me and shows they don't give a Sh&T about their customers. Proven by the fact that now they are simply ignoring my requests.
So, all I am left with is to give them negative reviews all over, post on their page, and basically annoy the crap out of them until they comply with their own policies.
If my rant causes even one person to chose not to buy from them, then I am successful.
Or GOG-- you can issue my refund and I will delete all this and move on.

So, their "experts" were not able to solve the problem. Why? Because they were too busy to read my email and understand I was on a mac and not pc. How many times do I have to say the same thing before I can say "fuck you?" 3 times. After the third time... now Im pissed and I want my damn refund.
