As I suspected that appears to be Catte who's been around from the very start so my question is mostly pointed towards him but I others able to share their own experience are most welcome.

Hey, during my naptime I figured out what bugged me so about Battle angel Alitas / Lifthrasils behavior. So...
I am convinced mafia has 2 approaches during the day:

a) Lay their heads low and hope to cruise by unnoticed. *cough* bucktooth, Ambiti0nZ, csanjuro *cough*

OR

b) Be helpful and gain trust.

One certain Battle Angel stands out in this regard.

Now, on the other side of the coin...

on the other side of the coin... one who draws attention to herself cannot possibly be mafia!

No. I may be suspicious of friendly behaviour, but I still have enough sense to realize that that does not warrant lynching.

First of all - voting doesn't automatically result in lynching. You are simply stating an opinion and it's up to the others to decide whether it works for them as well or up to you to persuade them if you feel strongly about it. Most importantly - it puts your name on the board for everyone to see.

Point B - We are slowly but surely approaching deadline so a lynch has to happen eventually. Ideally a viable wagon forms sooner rather than later as we don't have that much time anymore (2 days and change if I'm not mistaken).

So, once again, are you going to vote for Lift whom you've described as your scummiest choice?

They're the same thing. Making posts that look helpful but don't actually help that much. I Might be reading it wrong and this is just your usual playstyle. I Wasn't really attuned to this until recently.

None of my reads right now are strong so I'm just going to OMGUS unless something big happens as that's my best bet.

Actually I think this one is worth exploring. Dedo has made comments but not taken any firm positions. To me it doesn't look like he's trying to solve the game.

What do players who've played with Dedo think about this??? @Lift @joe @telika and anyone else? I've played a little with him but don't remember much

Less than 2 days left in D1 already? This must be what a Mafia Universe game feels like.

Considering the options we have right now outside of picking one of the ghost players at random, I feel most comfortable with:

The only other real lead I have seen worth looking into is Telikas being suspicious of Lift's pro-town tutorials, but as I said before I find it hard to really fault bad faith investigation this early if they're not going to put a vote behind it.

I could do an OMGUS as well and vote Joe, but I would like to see them return from void they fell into first before stooping to that strategy.

The sudden LAMIST review of dedo followed by the vote...then unvote a few hours later smells of trying to start wagons to see what would stick.

Please explain. You agree that joke claiming scum is something scum is more likely to do and yet you don't like the logic that someone joke claiming scum looks scummy? Why?

Also, you're quite jumpy with your vote and your do not seem to care much about who you vote for or to explain why you vote that way. Your 'reason' for voting dedo, calling him fluffy, is very fluffy itself and your vote on me is OMGUS, as you admit yourself. This looks as if you don't care much on whom your vote falls.

in conclusion: my vote seems to be in the right place.

@scene: dedo seems his usual self, mostly. It's D1, we don't have much to analyze and dedo often seems to make up his mind late on D1, unless something major happens.
The only deviation was, that he needed an explanation of my thoughts. Usually he is able to read them. ;-) (in other words, we often think alike)

I may have done, but I don't remember anything that would be helpful in terms of meta. There was a period of several years when I wasn't playing so there are a bunch of people considered "oldies" who probably came and went while I was absent. I don't think I ever played with AmbitionZ until recently for example.
