Exactly.

This is the reason I believed Joe's claim yesterday. But didn't want to bring it up in case scum missed Micro's macho qualifier.

With the above in mind, scum!Joe's Commuter claim makes no sense. Why prematurely make it? It can be easily counterclaimed if Town has a real Commuter, losing 1 for 1 unnecessarily.

I also think we have 3vs8vsNeutral (as in nonscum Neutral, possible a survivor). And I have an idea who the Neutral might be.

I've been worried that ZFR's mafia (and therefore a godfather) since his reaction to my claim where he appeared to make the assumption that I blocked the kill, which looked like an attempt at a 'derp clear' because only the mafia would know that it wasn't me who blocked the kill.

BUT since then I think his behaviour is surely mustbe Town ZFR, perhaps briefly driven to delirium with confidence from being cop-cleared.

That cross-post where he appears to reference the role list from the sign up thread without actually making it explicit is a good light as well.

SO yes all that work to conclude that ZFR is town. (cue 'you don't say' meme, please)

I can imagine a scenario where I'm a mafia player and perhaps I know our team doesn't really resemble the one outlined by pooka so I say "hey, I could take a risk that it's not this and claim to be commuter and if it doesn't get countered cite the list as proof of my claim!"
and my mafia buddies go "what are you crazy?? That's utterly insane just turn up to the game and post something instead of wasting time on these patently lunatic strategies!"
and I say "I'm gonna do it! No! It's too scary I can't. No I'm not that cowardly I'm going to risk it!"
and they go "JOSEPH do NOT make that claim I'm warning you young man!"
and I go "You can't boss me around any more old woman I HAVE MY OWN LIFE!!"

but I promise yous this isn't what happened here.

Ok, I think Joe is more likely town than not and I wouldn't consider lunching him today unless some other PR comes out and points the finger.

I didn't remember it as I missed it in the sign-up but it's not this. Or at least not exactly this.

I don't think ZFR is a Godfather. I also think Joe is what he says he is.

I don't have an opinion on the Neutral, I didn't consider it at any point.

Did you just reveal the number of your shots? Why? To gain credibility?


Other thought:
flubb made quite an interesting 180° turn from not hammering GH relatively close to the deadline to hammering him with more than a day to go. Townie-panic not to make the same mistake again? Or scum trying to look townie after gleefully letting D1 go to NL?

To be honest I completely ignored that part from Sign-Up thread since I lost my interest in waiting forever for the game to start without me as an active player, after all I was only a substitute #2 (where the hell is the first one?). But yesterDay when Joe claimed his role I checked it again. I thought that Mafia would surely try to lynch Joe, but I don't know how exactly to analyze his wagon, would Mafia be so stupid to jump on Joe's wagon all together, or instead put a blame on Town for the same. Some accusations were cast to Joe from both groups participants. But I think I have an idea.

I was wondering as to how Mafia NK'ed the cop and had to search MafiaWiki for Macho, so apparently Town Doctor tried to save our cop but any attempt to do so is futile. Fudge! And I was so sure we'll have a well protected Cop.

ZFR's assumption 3vs8vsNeutral is interesting. However I don't think discussing the possibility of Neutral would help us much, yet like I stated before I love the idea of Neutrals in all Mafia games. For me it's most certain there are 3 Mafia instead of 2 like Pooka planned (2 for 11 players / 3 for 12 players).
