I agree with this sentiment to some extent - once the more active players get disposed off the games often start to slow down a bit and begin to slog which is a shame but it is what it is, I guess. Even though that's the case I don't think it should serve as a reason to "spare" someone if there are indications they might be scum. I'm not saying GH is necessarily scum here, I'm saying this alone isn't a good enough reason to hold off a vote if it's warranted.

Don't take terribly long as it can get quite chaotic once we get closer to the deadline, which is already pretty close. Waiting for too long may result in not having enough people to seal the lynch or having to stick with a bad vote just because there is not time to start another one. I'd site you should be voting at this point.
