I was evaluating the mass claim idea, not realizing that Cristi already claimed Cop. In which case, what do we have to lose, other than Cristi? Let's all claim while we still have time.

Much as Scenes and Laser’s input is appreciated, both of their claims are of little value by themselves. Right now it has come down to counting with fingers. Can we?

Also, anyone who cares about summarizing the game so far for Joppo? People, leave him some breathing space, it is a lot to catch up with.

My take: On D-1 Laser fake vigged Scenes. Scenes said he had just killed a vanilla. Laser said he believed him. Scenes said he believed Laser to be town. Many said Laser’s behaviour was anti-town, and several voted for him. Cristigale believed both (IIRC) and disliked the ones who had voted for her Lazy, although, she put a placeholder vote on GR. Micro got a lazy lynch that nobody cared to even analyze (that was ugly, people).

On D-2, SPF continued his pursuit of Laser. lots of drama as Pooka claimed vig. He thought that he could shot Laser and Scenes could be lynched in the same game-day, thus ending the discussion that was going in circles, and moving on. However, the rules did not allow that. Then he threatened Laser, Scenes, Lift, GR. In the end he was swayed to shot Lift. Lift went down like a soldier. A vanilla town one. Laser suggested a mass claim when the end of D-2 was near, but retracted soon.

On D-3, Cristine has claimed to be the cop, but has not offered any reveals so far.

So that should summarize most of the drama going on in the last game-days. As per my personal take until the end of D-2, you can find comments there (I was there to the very end), plus a list published on D-2 with a view on the line of play for each participant in this game so far. Do not hesitate to make open questions so that people can offer you their thoughts.

They might've done it to save laser for D3's lynch while trying to hit another player they suspected with their shot, in case scum take/took them out during the night phase.

Chrisit has revealed cop, which means everyone now has to reveal to give Town info, unless they're mafia trying to hide roles. The doctor can protect Christi tonight, which means we get another read tonight.

Why do you not want Town to have the info of our claims?

If Christi knows certain players roles, it will OUT those players who claim otherwise.

In general if it were like D1 or D2 in most games i'd say no....as I feel it has a high chance to break(or make un fun) a game. In this game, however, it is D3 and we are down several town....so maybe i'd be up for such.

You have said that scum needs time to concoct a lie. After that a mass claim was known to be happening by everyone (but Pooka, apparently) and they have had more than FOURS DAYS TO PREPARE FOR THIS. Are you being naive or just manipulative?

This isn't at all helpful. The point is if Chrissie investigated 2 players to be Regular Town if you claimed Regular Town she'd know you're lying

Likewise if she investigated Joppo as Doctor and you claim Doctor she will know you're Scum.

Therefore not stating your full role is as bad as not claiming

The reason for Full Claims to be made before Chrisie states her reads is so we can catch Scum lying.

Hence we need your read or we assume you're scum.

What you said would work. In a closed setup. But since it's an open setup, everyone knows what roles are on the table. This means scum can't claim outlandish roles, and will just default to claiming Vanilla. If the Doctor did claim however, the rest of the table is then assumed to claim Vanilla Town. Now if they are indeed Vanilla Town, is another story.

Please go read the OP post, as it lists what each PR's parameters are**.....all the cop finds out is if their investigation target is town or mafia, not if they have a PR or not, so revealing such doesn't help cristi out in the way you seem to think it would(though it could possibly help town out).
