First, we don't know if you're TOWN roleblocker or SCUM roleblocker. We don't know much about the mafia other than "we have one dead goon." So a roleblocker claim doesn't really clear you.

Not to mention you roleblocked and would continue to roleblock scene. If you're scum and he's town, you would believe his claim that he is vanilla town, so roleblocking him is also playing it safe as you are sure he won't do a darn thing to begin with.

Of course, both of you could be town (I hope that's the scenario we're seeing here, that would explain a lot of things), could be scum relying on a long term play involving bussing, or on different teams. I just can't help but note your claim is fishy and doesn't seem sincere.

Also, I don't think anybody has the manpower to go search for the old games you've participated in to form their meta play expectations. It would be a lot easier if you link to the games you played, and say in which you played as town and which you played as scum.

Also, don't forget that searching the GOG forums to begin with is a pain. Yesterday, I was trying to find the original wayback machine link to the Gabe Promised Steam Games are Safe™ statement, as I am sure it was linked in the forums, but to no success. So, yeah.

Why are we expected to do the work to prove your claim when you are the one claiming and you aren't willing to do any work for it?

I have limited free time, and I'm generally not going to invest it to read old games, especially ones I didn't play and that don't have a recommendation for something funny/interesting.

I don't know about Dedo, but News Flash: Town!Me is perfectly happy to bury some townies on the way to a town victory.

1.Read the other replies I made. I will see if I can find the game I was in/the posts in question today/tomorrow(irl days) if I can. Also people are free to ask those I played with who might be in this game as well/in general.

2. That still seems a bit suspect. You'd think fellow town wouldn't want to lose other town so readily(besides maybe getting a read from the wagon that formed on said town).

3. Why won't they? They could easily sneak in on the wagon forming against me due to how I play/what i HAVE SAID.

(Which, come to think of it, is hopeful in itself! If I was completely wrong, then remaining mafia would've had cause to publicly support my line of reasoning and steer us wrong like that. So I'm going to conclude that I'm at least partly right, and that there's at least one mafia in scene, Joe, Bookwyrm, trent!)

1. Sadly no. but I did drop snot so subtle hints as a wagon started to form.

As for why I didn't wait: I sometimes don't post for 18+ hours between times online, and with my wagon forming rather quickly I didn't want to risk leaving it and then coming back to drop my role only to find i'd been lynched while I slept/went out/etc.

Your reasoning could be spot on and 100% correct, but the feel I get in my gut from the game tells me flub is probably scum and very possibly dedo. My will not vote for pool is also based mostly on my gut as well, but I would be hard pressed to vote anyone on that list.

As for Joe I am not overly sure about, I have him leaning town but could see him being scum as his town and scum game are very similar.

We're on the same side. Not sure what's your time Zone, but unless you're in Hawaii, we share most of Saturday. If you're on East Coast we share almost 80% of it.

The only way my Saturday would be your Friday is if I wake up especially early (before 5 am) and end it just to spite you all.

Meh, that's not very long at all, really.

From my lynch-pool, scene and trent appear to be the only names with potentially enough support to be lynched. scene's an existing wagon, and could be an alternative to GameRager, who I don't believe to be a good lynch for today (regardless of my shiny theory about SPF, and despite everything that's anti-town about his answers). However, I'm hoping there's still enough time for my 'preferred' lynch (entirely due to the way SPF interacted with him, namely lightly questioning his thinking, which to me mirrors the way mafia-SPF behaved toward fellow mafia in game #53).

No, he didn't ignore him completely. And maybe I'm now only seeing what I want to see.

Bookwyrm completely ignored SPF as well.

Maybe I'm going to have to conclude that SPF was just way too floaty and non-present to conclude anything from sparse interactions. Which of course was probably exactly what he was aiming for.

Anyway, it's late, and I'm going to leave my vote here for the night to see if anyone wants to join me, as I believe there to still be some merit to it. Will re-evaluate tomorrow. Should have a decent chunk of time available for doing so.
