Figured I'd bump this because I just finished the game and it really was a joy; I had to use a walkthrough in many parts but loved most of it.

What Turnipslayerr said was "it was never a case that [GOG] weren’t interested in Braid or that [GOG] rejected it," but nothing else could be said on the matter.

Jonathan Blow has exhausted the profits he's made with Braid on his new game The Witness and he still needs more to complete it. Now would be the perfect time for him to bring Braid here to get some extra cash flow.

It was a rant about Jonathan Blow, actually. His actions suggest that the problem in getting Braid here was him (hint, look at the PR from The Witness), not GOG, but I then decided it wasn't worth arguing over the dude. There's no delete option so I had to leave something behind...

Am I now stuck with this notification forever? I also do not see an "unfollow" button anywhere

Nope, down right corner (probably below my post now, lest someone else post) is a checked
