Ruvika: Don't listen to this guy, here just trolling on the forum, it's like the third time he's asking for refounds that never arrive or something like that, wallet refounds take like an hour or less. Report as spam.

Assuming he requested the refund the moment he asked if he can, it's been a little over 1 week for one of the refund requests. I don't know when the other refund request was sent in, since it doesn't look like he brought it up on the forum. Anyway, it doesn't look fake.
He request a refound for the Tomb Raider trilogy that include three games, and now he is asking for a refound of 2 games, as far as I know The Witcher 1 is included when you create a new account. In any case he is trying to refound all his games? It's sounds wierd to me.
