I asked for a refund on 2 games for my digital wallet 2 weeks ago and GOG have not got back to me, despite saying it should take 24 hours. Just how the fuck long do I have to wait?
I'm not sure really. I haven't done a refund with GOG.
I hope your situation gets sorted out though; "nothing worse than an unhappy customer"

It's you again? Don't listen to this guy, here just trolling on the forum, it's like the third time he's asking for refounds that never arrive or something like that, wallet refounds take like an hour or less. Report as spam.

Make sure it's actually been 2 weeks and you're not embellishing, then
1. Change your privacy settings to allow chat messages from anyone.
2. Politely contact ponczo_ with your support ticket number.

All I can find is
1. February 21st - asked if he can request a refund for a game that's now on sale.
2. February 23rd - says it's been 4 days and he hasn't received the wallet refund
3. March 1st - this thread.

Assuming he requested the refund the moment he asked if he can, it's been a little over 1 week for one of the refund requests. I don't know when the other refund request was sent in, since it doesn't look like he brought it up on the forum. Anyway, it doesn't look fake.

He request a refound for the Tomb Raider trilogy that include three games, and now he is asking for a refound of 2 games, as far as I know The Witcher 1 is included when you create a new account. In any case he is trying to refound all his games? It's sounds wierd to me.
How exactly did GOG steal your money?

It was your choice to buy those games - GOG didn't force you.
And GOG didn't hack into your bank account and take money without your consent.

Often wallet refunds are fast but sometimes it does take longer, in August last year I had a wallet refund case that took 11 days (there were no complications and I successfully received the refund, it simply took time to process I suppose).

Our support team does its best to respond to every request in a timely manner. Please keep in mind that refunds for wallets still require a staff member to take a look at the ticket, as we monitor our refund policy and possible abuse.

Opening multiple threads on the forum won't expedite your request, and opening multiple tickets for the same refund will also slow down the process.

With that being said, I will close this thread.
