It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

EJTilley: GOG connect is also not detecting my Steam copy of Starbound, which I've owned and played for longer than 4 months. Steam profile is public. Have tried several browsers over a 2 hour period.

Any communications from the GOG team? I would really rather not miss the window to transfer Starbound.
Try to contact support.
GOG found Starbound today, still not recognizing SoaSE though.

BlackThorny: Well it's been 2 days since I added Broken Sword 2 and Motor Racer games to my steam account and Connect still shows only the one title detected at first which is Risk of Rain.
Never had any problem before, and I was able to manually refresh by clicking a refresh button on Connect page.
Sadly this time around no such option to be found and all I can do is refresh the browser, which achieves nothing so far :/
Is there a way to force connect to recheck connection to steam api? If so it could fix my issue like on the previous times.

TenebraeCorvus: Check that your Steam profile is public because if it isn't it might not detect it to refresh. In that case the button may not even appear; it happened. If the profile is public then the page may not be loading correctly. Try with another browser or to clean the browser's cache or force a reload of the page. In Firefox you do that by pressing Ctrl and clicking on Reload or pressing 'F5'.
Thank you for your advice. Unfortunately It didn't help.
My Steam account is public for a long time now, from before this Connect round has started.
Still no Refresh button, and I tried from 3 different browsers on two different machines, including private mode.
I did try refresh by hand, Ctrl+R or F5, also tried the gog account refresh link that doesn't seem to change anything either :(
I too am having issues getting GOG to detect my SIns of a solar Empire: Rebellion. Just wanted to add myself to the list of affected users.

I wonder if anyone has been able to connect that game.

Somehow, I doubt it.

Just connected "Moto Racer Collection" (redeemed less than 30 minutes ago).

The button at GOG Connect page did nothing, but forced page reload (Ctrl+F5) did the trick after all.

It could be something on the server side or the page is simply not being completely loaded, for some reason, on the client side. Can't think of anything else to do. At any rate you are not alone in having problems with Connect so if GOG manages to fix whatever is assailing it, then it might work for all involved. Let's hope for the best then.

Yes indeed. good news - I checked now and it finally worked. No idea why, how or when it was fixed, but I connected all titles :)
Now I wonder if I get to connect vangers on time (don't have it on steam yet).
Good luck all with your issues!
Still not work for Sins...
Thanks.
Since today is the world day of bad puns (yes, there is such a day): please GOG, deliver us our sins ;-)

Can't receive my copy of Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion too, have the game and all the DLCs on Steam. I guess I'd contact GOG support fur the first time.

Well, at least it partially works now. Still no luck with either Sins of a Solar Empire or Moto Racer and the weekend is almost here. There's also been trouble with Metro 2033, and Vangers, so it seems that Connect isn't just having trouble with Steam bundles. No word from GOG from neither forum nor support. Wonder if there's any chance this will actually get fixed before it's too late. It's not as if we can simply GOGgle a solution.
I've talked with GOG support 3 hours ago regarding Sins and other games, they're still working on it.

Good to know that they are working on it. Hopefully they can solve the issues with Connect. As they've been so quiet about it, no answer from support and only a brief message on the forums. Did you do anything special to get an answer? Has it been long since you first contacted support? Did they say anything specific about the problem?
