Guys, considering his responses (and the tone of both his posts and the title of this thread), I'm starting to think that this guy is more concerned about having the last word (and being seen as right) than having his problem fixed.

He has been explained many times how the process words and we've asked for clarifications and he has given none.

toxicTom: When one of the people working here (Destro) says the account tx3000 does not own the game, then he's probably right.
First of all no one OWNS a game, they RENT IT which is given through the license right via the KEY.

Secondly because he says so, you seriously think that it automatically makes him correct? You're joking right?

Anyone using the angle of "It's not on the account, so you don't own it, or you have an illegal copy" as an angle to argue and justify themselves, makes anyone that does so, a complete and utter retard. That's exactly like saying someone doesn't own a car just because no one can find it where they think it it should be. Someone saying one doesn't OWN a car doesn't mean it's a fact.

toxicTom: So pray tell me - how did you get the game installed? Where are the files from?
Assumptions make you look retarded. Where did you even get the idea that it's installed? I'm not saying it is or isn't I'm just pointing out how everyone trying to railroad me has no real evidence to back up their claim

If I have a key then guess what, INSTALLED OR NOT INSTALLED I have legally acquired it and How I got that KEY isn't relevant or you or anyone's business.

No I'm not. If someone with access to the GOG database tells me what is in there, I believe him.

But the evidence is there. Galaxy points you to the redeem code page, if you have installed a game your account has no access to.

No. A gift code (key) is a voucher, not the license. It enables you to obtain a license (by redeeming and thus invalidating it). As long as you don't do this, you have no licence.
Also, how you obtained that key actually does matter - if money is involved or not. If the key was stolen or payed with stolen money and was revoked, you have nothing. If you had already used that key to get a license, that license would be revoked to, and you have nothing.

I think you're really trying to cheat the system, and you can scream all you want, it doesn't work this way.
Weird... I'd have sworn that I've just pressed "Post my message" button. When was the last time you fed your bears, GOG?

Edit;
I was saying that having a code doesn't mean anything unless you redeemed/activated it.

Foldermort would be a good name for a Linux file manager.

Again... why should anyone help you, when you continue being so rude and obnoxious?
Name-calling doesn't help your case.

This is why I couldn't work customer service. Too much of a burning urge to tell charming, charismatic individuals to go fuck themselves.

We\re talking about Sourcery, so it's Coin, not Voldermort.

I really liked that concept of sorcerers vs wizards.
Pratchett was astoundingly awesome...

tx3000: snip
Maybe if instead of calling people retarded you were to answer the basic questions, you could get some results...and maybe people wouldn't continue with what you call false assumptions...

The basic questions:
1) Did you already use the gift code?
2) Was it redeemed on this account?
3) If you check your library, is the game listed there?
4) If you check Orders & Settings, does the game show up?

No one is going to take your complaint seriously unless you attempt to be helpful...people are trying to help...

Is this an accidental typo or an intentional reference to this thread (because it's by the same guy)?

Further proof than this guy is more concerned about insulting and attracting attention to himself rather than solving his problem.

Well spotted, it was indeed intentional and does refer to that thread. I knew I recognized the OP's charm from somewhere!
