DRM-Wise: TWEE retail didn't even have strict DRM (to my knowledge). Disc check, if that (don't even think it had that).
TWEE:DC seems to pretty much be a case of "Whatever DRM the service uses".
I bought this on Impulse a while back (mostly to not have to patch) and grabbed it on GG today (mostly because I hate downloading big things with Impulse :p).
Haven't tested it yet, but I doubt there is any real DRM here (outside of the service). Don't even have a key, so activations aren't likely/possible.
Installed it.
Content wise: It comes with the two EE modules, so no need for separate installers.
Censoring Wise: It is the DC, so none of the nudity is censored. Some of the gore might be, but I never really was sure if I had the censored or uncensored version with regard to the gore :P
All in all: Well worth the few bucks. Plus, I have a lot more control over the installer, so I can install the VO/Subititle options that I want, rather than having to do an all or nothing.
That being said: Try to get the retail EE anyway. Well worth hunting for the (poorly) translated novella (don't worry, the official translation is MUCH better :p), the nice hint book (helpful for getting stuff you missed, but not spoilerific) and all the other goodies.

Here in Brazil, prices just won't lower. The Witcher is still U$40 or 50 in retail =P

I'm thinking about it but it's just too similar to Alien Swarm -- although it would be nice to play a more single player oriented version. Some dude on the Steam forum is trying to convince me how it is 'entirely different' from Alien Swarm listing a few trivialities like weapon/armor purchasing and the engine. The concept is the same -- isometric alien shooter. That and Nation Red will be having a sale soon to kick off its multiplayer and, again, I consider that to be similar game play.
