But you can buy it digitally from GamersGate.co.uk (you'll have to pay in sterling) or for a far higher price from the EA Japan store.

weird. My office (tokyo) seems to usually (but not always) see the unrestricted US store,as Mass Effect etc.. were showing up fine. But from home they don't show up. It's happened before with a few other games too.
However almost every other site I visit at work (such as google, yahoo, etc..) recognises it as Japan and switches to japanese mode.
Maybe I should try and find out what ISP my company uses...

I want to buy Hidden and Dangerous 2, but not sure. How good is the site in terms of reliability?

If it's a multinational, they probably have VPNs to US based servers which is why you see the US store.

Gifting is available on Steam if you have a friend in the US to gift to you. But if you want to purchase it yourself, it's GamersGate, EA Japan, being lucky enough to find it in store. But you're not going to see the current Steam sales prices from any of those.
