DukeNukemForever: Dotemu offers for the next 24h an Halloween pack with 12 games for 10€/15$

Psyringe: Hmm. According to the ad image, they call this event "Promo Haloween", yet no Halo games are included ... ;)
Maybe a Freudian slip and they dislike Halloween like me - playing Halo for distraction seems to help them then ;-)

I noticed that too. It's good to see a developer cater to their market.

The game engine is slow and jittery also.

Haven't played it, but I just got it in the Indie Royale bundle, currently $5.35 USD.

The Wiki page said the game got negative marks for the translation, but some people are still trying to mod a better version. The wiki link is broken, but people are still working on it.

Bmoyn715: anyone recommend , heard the english Translation is Kind of Iffy
Haven't played it, but I read a series of reviews (such as [url=http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/r_pathologic_pc]this one) that all said pretty much the same thing: "Iffy translation, hideous graphics, slow plodding gameplay, awkward combat... and you need to play it because it's amazing and there's nothing else like it."

I picked it up on that basis; I have a soft spot for weird "ugly duckling" games that are trying something a little more ambitious, even if they don't entirely succeed. Now if only GOG would get around to releasing those extra few hours in the day, I might even get to play it.
Pretty much this.
If you can relate to the playstyle and story the technical issues become unimportant. I guess there are many people who will hate it. I always compare it to Lars von Trier movies. For me it's so intense it physically hurts, while others just complain about 'bad' actors and the lack of explosions.
