The Augmented Edition doesn't have any of the DLCs, only those you asked about. If the question is about the discount, the DLCs are also discounted.

I really want Deus Ex:HR that is on sale on steam for 5.99€, but i got no money right now.

If you're expecting money soon, I think it will probably get another 75% off at the summer sales, which should probably start next week.

Apparently next week, starting on Sunday, Amazon should have the Dragon Age pack (DAO:UE + DA2) for 9.99 USD.
The games should also be on sale individually, I don't know at what price though.

Just a heads up: Garshasp is crap.
It would have been better if they had gotten another game to fill the "pay above $6" spot instead.
