I don't think i can receive the games with my german steam client/ip :(
Any experience?

If the answer is "Yes, you can! For sure! 100%" then i would trade the bundle for a GoG or pay via Paypal.

You can get Bordlands from the "german part" of the store. But you can only buy "Fear 2" in germany :(

So if someone can confirm this also for games "not available from germany"...that would be great :) (example: Doom)

I LOVE games but sinking money like this into the blue, I never did ;)

I believe you can. I'm not sure if Germany has any special restrictions, but I have before sent games to friends who can't get them due to zoning, and received them too, with no issues. So unless Germany happens to be a special case, you should be able to receive it as a gift, with all the games it includes :)

Gifting usally works even if it's not available in your country. I've done it before with 3 other GoGers (Russia / Peru and Philippines) and never ran into a problem.
If you can repay with PayPal, drop me a note and I'll get it for you this weekend.

Remember: the Steam Summer Sale is potentially imminent. The Fear series is almost always put up as one of the daily specials although I don't know off the top of my head if it was cheaper in the past than $10 for all of Fear 1 and 2 (including the DLC).

But this is Germany, so his case is special. Steam censors games for sale there, so an outright block isn't out of the question...

Sword of the Stars has a one-time activation from Impulse. Otherwise there isn't any.
