Out of sheer curiosity I have to ask something. Because there are probably only five people on GamersGate who have actually bought it (and four of them bought it just to revisit Daikatana to appease their sense of humor), it's hard to find the answer anywhere.

What kind of DRM does Daikatana have? It doesn't say anything, it doesn't even say "DRM Free". There's no DRM information.
