Tried pastourma with horse meat and pastourma with calel meat, before, one from Turkey, the other from Armenia. Were pretty tasty, but the stench you get afterwards... I think i have some unwanted "pets" when or snake squatters in my garden compost. I was joking about snakes, and found out today that I have them when I gave permission to my neighbour to rummage through compost for fishing worms.
