You mean from no scum and 2 power roles dead to 1 scum and 2 power roles dead and a greater chance at the 3rd (through increased information and possible spectre powers)? Yeah, I don't see that as implausible at all. I didn't say I think that, I said it isn't implausible. There is no reason to dismiss it outright.

...Okay, so what is your point, then? That Adalia increased lynchability of someone himself before getting exorcised, and then Cristi randomly disappeared for no reason at all?

Bookwyrm627: It is relevant in that you seem to know some spectre things that you should have no way of knowing. There is exactly one player that could have told you: Adalia. Cristi and I are town, and Yogsloth didn't spectre-ize until the start of Day 4.

Close enough, and adalia would tell his scum teammates. See above about both of you being scum.
So the guy who had been hounding me the entire game, voting for me with every second vote, and whose lynching was secured by my vote is actually my scum teammate? :D
Makes sense! Way more than me just looking at the information at hand and inferring and assuming. What exactly is it that I know that couldn't be figured out otherwise? I had asked yogsloth to verify every spectre related assumption I made, and his answers were all "I don't know". So this makes it very interesting. How do you know, wyrm?

*sigh* OK, I know everybody was scrambling to put my plan into effect as quickly as possible, but people, we’d better put it on ice until I can figure out what wyrm is trying to spell out for me. I know, I know, it’s a real hassle to have to back down after you all put so much effort into following my plan, yes, I know.

For now, I think we just fall back to our standard “stare at each other balefully” fallback position.

HSL, seriously? You fail to comprehend what I meant and are twisting it all around? Surprise surprise.

It's simple: WE JUST DON'T KNOW, and it seems absolutely foolish to perform such an experiment at this point in the game, especially since the results won't concretely tell us anything anyway. It's best to just stick with the job at hand, trying to figure out who is most likely scum and elminate them, not test some holey theory of which the result is ambiguous in its meaning no matter what the result is.

and wyrm, similarly, the point with yogsloth is that we simply can't know, and I wouldn't put it past him and a team, ESPECIALLY thinking they are way ahead of the game, to NK him to plant the bad seed + check out the spectre stuff and see if they could get any insider info or whatever about it all that could advantage them. Yes, probably not the smartest of scum-moves, but not something we can just discount entirely.

I still think the best course of action is to go back and find the things that are MORE likely than not and go from there, and talking about yogsloth doesn't really help any of that. We should be making cases for who we think is most likely scum and talking it out.

Not many of you are making even a slightly acceptable case for anyone, imo, except RW for HSL, and it still hasn't changed for me (because no one has convinced me, or even TRIED to convince me, or anyone, as far as I can see, aside from bullying tactics and not using a sound arguments), I'm still comfortable voting trent or HSL, trent is my #1 choice. If HSL's wagon seems more viable closer to deadline, I'll switch to it, but I find trent's more likely to be more viable, sticking on it for now.

@babark is currently on the defensive. I don't blame him. But he really got into shape with the combination of yogs riling him up and RE attacking him.

@trent meh. I'm over him at this point. Can't say leaning town or scum - but just what I think at the moment. Meh.

@drealmer. Loved his. "Omg - can you believe if I made all this work out and a4pkz and Babark were my scum buddies ?" Strongly leaning town - but don't like that he still seems one track mind on Trent. I just don't get it. Think about something new - not for our sake, but for yours.
