What is happening for me is that you're looking more and more suspicious! Paint chips for my vote?! That's just crazy! I think you're possibly trying to mask your true scum-nature as blatant scum-behavior hoping it reduces/excuses suspicion had on you.
The bolded part (by me) is another indicator for why I offered paint chips. ;)

If you think it is scummy to try to NOT wait until the deadline to start the process of what will almost inevitably happen AT the deadline, then so be it. Vote me and lets do it! I'm making zero excuses for my behavior, and fewer apologies.

I think RW is being pro-town, between pushing a wagon with more than 24 hours before deadline, and also putting some new information on the table. CSPVG, on the other hand, has nothing but and the occasional [url=https://www.gog.com/forum/general/forum_mafia_38_murder_on_the_wing_game_thread/post69]amusing comment for us. I like jokes. I like lynching mafia more. Lets lynch CSPVG and see if that tells us anything about who is mafia.

If you have a reason to leave CSPVG alone and go after someone else, please enlighten us! And if your reason is "wagon Wyrm or RW because they are pushing a wagon on someone", then I'd love to hear your alternative method for moving out of RVS and into reasonable voting.

cristigale: You're pushing hard for CSPVG. Is it something about CSPVG specifically? I find it rather ironic because it's this same type of push (for Dessimu) that was partly responsible for CSPVG getting lynched in the last game.
CSPVG is the first Prettiest Princess. Prettiest Princesses should be placed on a high pedestal. Then knocked off with a noose around their neck. Or whatever it is we do in this wing when we want to eliminate a possible murderer.

Also, several people seem to be trying to distract from his wagon. This makes me curious. Again: is there any particular reason to keep CSPVG around? Not even he has offered one (yet, still 25+ posts away from being caught up).

It wasn't a non-vote because if I didn't find anyone worth voting I'd say we go for no lynch as opposed to lynching someone just because we have to.

Here, let me try:

I will confess I was hoping someone would go back and compare the opening post to the original Tommy Saturday claim - purely for amusement. Anyway...

<The players glanced around - through a tiny skylight far overhead, not part of the original structure and inserted here for narrative convenience, they observed the sun had reached it's zenith. The useful part of the day was 3/8 over. After an initial flurry of activity just after daybreak, and then some scattered jostling, things had settled in. One could almost imagine they weren't trapped in the scene of a tragic crime with the killers still almost certainly mingling amongst them.

So with no urgency facing them, the players all decided to take a siesta and dream sweet dreams. The troubles of the world could be picked up again after a nice long nap. Krypsyn had a wonderful dream about the Easter Bunny bringing him habanero sauce, while nearby flub had a wonderful dream about a Playboy Bunny bringing him some sugar. Drealmer had a nightmare about bunnies invading his organic garden and eating his cabbage!

Many dreamed that a wonderful old friend stopped by to visit, and were left feeling quite comforted. And somewhere else, a diabolical mod (adalia, obviously) observed their malaise and torpor and debated whether to apply a touch more pressure. After all, the mod had said "currently set" quite deliberately, to leave the door open to revise it. You see, his magic powers (what?) were fed by the momentum and other energy created in forum mafia. The prospect of those powers waning was...disagreeable...>

When you say several people are trying to distract from his wagon, who do you mean? I take several to mean at least 3 or more.

You have not outright said it, but I read what you are suggesting as STU. If I'm wrong about that, I apologize. My preference is to select someone I find scummy over someone I (simply) believe is not contributing as much as others. If no one else stands out, a lurker is a decent option. If no one else stands out, there may be a better chance it is someone who is lurking.

I think your question is loaded, but to answer it: because I have not seen CSPVG do anything I find scummy. Secondarily, because he has good observations when he shares. And a very distance third reason, I find his humor refreshing.

Again: what has CSPVG done that you find scummy?

I’m not against lynching CSPVG per se. The original push on him felt too rushed, hence the vote. At this point, we probably need to hear CSPVG's answer to your question. If his explanation is not convincing, I will be OK voting for him. If he doesn't answer, that is also a reason to vote. My current concern of lynching CSPVG: if he flips town, do we learn anything useful about the remaining players?
