Yes. The advantage of a failed kill N1 was that we had time to experiment on what the priority mechanism is and how to exploit it. Particularly in killing HSL N2, that meant his team didn't even have time to start sorting out what the mechanism was until N3.

Still not sure _exactly_ what it is, but we've tried to control and repeat the variables that gave us success the prior night.

The proof of that is Leonard's awkwardness around P1na's wagon - he stayed off because there were already at least 2 of us on the wagon, and he thought P1na would flip town, because Leonard, of course, was scum. Trent was godfather. The whole cop-immunity thing was a red herring because there's no cop in the game. Hang on to that thought. The other two godfathers are....either Flub/Ix as the second, and you/drealmer as the 3rd. Why did Trent use the ability in that scenario? Well, you can read about that after the game. TLDR version, he went for "bold" over the safe play. I suppose not so different from all this.

How does Trent's ability work? Other than that he can modify a flip to vanilla town when he hammers, I don't really have any specifics. I wasn't lying when I said I didn't predict him to hammer himself, and when he did it I really thought it was to make Hijack's head explode.

Trent couldn't mess with NK flips. He made the kill because Yogs was going to know what his role was, and would be unlikely to block him. Seemed like a 50/50 chance yogs would jail me if he wasn't going to kill me since I at least had his attention.

I didn't mess with Krypsyn's flip because I was pretty sure he would flip scum. As a general rule, I don't see the point of a janitor unless the janitor gets the flip info, and other than a bit of flavor info that points to alignment and night action yes/no, I really don't. But in this particular case, I felt good Krypsyn would flip scum and was inclined to let it show as my slim chance to blend back in.

Hijack went scorched earth anyway, so it didn't really matter in the end.

Oh I definitely want to hear what he has to say and wasn't trying to shut him up with haste really. I want to hear all of what he has to say, whether I believe it to be true or not, it can definitely be helpful.

The thing at the forefront of my thoughts is that at this point in the game, being at L-2, and doing what he did? I don't really understand that at all and think it is more likely than not a ploy to try and confuse everything, make people take pause and think "oh wait, maybe if we do lynch him another team will suddenly control the vote and so we shouldn't lynch him" when really we should.

I am especially interested in the last things you asked him about.

The only reason I would advocate keeping me around another day is balance rather than letting you roll over the field, but personally I'd rather be done.

1) yogs predicted a role that could muss with lynch flips
2) trent is that role
3) yogs/trent are very clearly not on the same team. Yogs is good but that was not a guess.
4) thus, yogs team has whatever Trent is (GF) too.
5) thus, your team has whatever Trent is too.
