Insomnia. Surprised the thread is still open.
bler144: Heh. I was about to unvote. Ah well. Since nothing's moving I'll let inertia be my guide.
HijacK: Backpedaling much?
Meh. Other issues aside, so you're saying if I had voted to take him to L-1 instead of drealmer, and Trent hammered himself you wouldn't be trying to spin that as me as his buddy setting him up to make that play?
I get the sense you were coming at me regardless.
trentonlf: Vote trentonlf HijacK: Wise move, scumboy, but I already anticipated it. The fact that you voted yourself and jumped on your wagon seals it. You're scum. One down. I don't know how many more to go.
This is where I think the problem is. I agree the move probably seals any question of his alignment regardless of the flip.
However, your argument to me was that Trent was the right call over Ix because of the two it was the flip that would give us "good information." Beginning somewhere around 1370, that's been a point you have repeated. I asked if you were expecting him to 'fess up or if you planned to get details on how the flips fudge from his flip and you said "from his flip."
So if you were "anticipating" this move, why didn't you share that info so we could arrange a counter (place the last two votes when he was off-line, e.g.) and actually perhaps get info from his flip? To solve the puzzle. Like you said.
I was not predicting that move, and it doesn't seem I was alone in that. If someone else had said they "predicted this" NBD, but you said his flip was crucial to solving the puzzle, apparently predicted him mussing with his own flip, and did nothing to prevent it?
Something doesn't add up there.
Refresh - well, if we're wrong, sorry Trent. But hammering yourself at least doesn't look good.
