This message will be copy pasted to each tunnel.

I am going to work out who has won what reward and then contact each person in chat. Those that did not escape or did not die trying, even if that death was voluntary due to not being able to carry on in the game, will not be eligible for a reward unless they received an achievement. Sorry if this seems harsh.

Rewards are to be spent in the current Winter Sale.

If you received an achievement and it hasn't been added to post three in the original Enter my dungeon if you dare... Giveaway/Game thread, please let me know as soon as possible.

Thank you for your participation, the game is just an idea without you guys (and gals).

kusumahendra: Edit : Following part of action is not valid according to gm due to my savior shouldn't be able to see me underwater so I stop at taking the crackers
That was a close one!
I was ready to press the F key at that point +_+

Anyway, thanks Doc for the fun game.
At the end there have been more survivors than I expected. We got the good ending lol.

Also, my mage Loradan at least grabbed a diamond and a magical item.
Maybe I could use them in a future game? ;P

We did it!
Great!

I really enjoyed a lot this adventure!!

Thanks for the fun (besides achiements and all the rest)!
Squee thinks this was quite a lot of fun.
Thanks Doc0075, that adventure was great fun. Not only that, but i'll wager that we got to know one another better in the process. Cheers to all we survivors. Huzzah!

This was my first roleplaying game and possibly the most epic forum game I have ever played! Spanning across several threads too... Absolutely crazy!

Thx Doc for the time you put into this and for your wild imagination: I can't seem to shake BJ out of my head. I be goin' t' wench that rum drinkin' fool!. :D

Maybe one day you can share with us how you found this experience. ;) My guess is that you're a seasoned DM.

I want to also thank BenKii for his action summaries. On busy days, it saved me some precious time.

And thanks to all of you other players who made this game feel more immersive. My only regret is that I kind of suck at social interactions and I wish I had interacted with you guys more directly. This game was fun and I learned a bit about myself along the way.

You did well in your social interaction, not sure how much more directly you wanted to interact... umm Facetime? I was worried you were going to blow yourself up or get electrocuted and blow yourself up at the end. Thanks for scaring the Kraken off

bjgamer: ARRRGH! Me rum, me ship! It be a good thing we penguins be fine swimmers. ;)
[...] that was definitely the most fun the wife and I have ever had being someone's minion
avatar
phaolo: Haha! Crazy penguin, next time use your laser eyes against monsters, instead of drinking!
And learn to lift the ship, damn lol.

So you 2 were playing for real.
Cool hehe
No, it wasn't actually me/us playing - it was entirely Doc's creative DM mastermind! We knew RL would make it impossible to play even though we really would have liked to, so I jokingly posted in the sign-up thread that if any of you ran into a pirate penguin you'd know I/we were there in spirit and gave Doc full reign to use such a character as his minion if he wanted. I didn't know he was going to really do it, or how he came to throw in patchwork zombies and 'Admiral Polly'. Like everyone we looked forward to seeing what was going to happen next. :)

Definitely the most epic forum game I've ever seen as well. The wife and I are both seasoned GMs, but never on THIS scale! I can only imagine the amount of work that went into this one. Doc - ye deserve a GrOG on all of us!

Heave to there, ye licencious landlubber or ye'll find yerself scuppered! Arghh! In truth, I don't even drink rum, and Admiral Polly certainly isn't going to tolerate any wenchin' on me person! (Especially by someone who's sneaking around in her 'laundry' and her cabin!!) :p For your first game you did a great job!

Thanks again, Doc, and to all who participated. It was a fun ROFL ride of an adventure! :)

Yeah, I was like "Whoops, I make a big mistake". Luckily everything ends well.

It's very fun Doc. I really enjoy this adventure
If only I know better beforehand I would let my imagination goes wilder and do more crazy thing

bjgamer: A hearty Yo-Ho and Congrats to the Northern tunnel teams! A fair few of ye be bilgewater barnacles at sailing (and droppin' rock anchors thru me shipdeck ... looking at ye there, matey Gillius) but fine hands to the swashbuckling when it comes down to it. Ye ever want to join me crew - just take a swig of Old Nick's rum! :p
I... I... I'm innocent !!!
Gravity was just not on my side at the time !
Actually it was just a test to measure the strength of the ship, just to be sure it could withstand the shock with the ice ahead.

bjgamer: Kudos and Thank you, Doc!! This was an amazing and very entertaining dungeon game, especially considering the amount of work and detail keeping that had to go into keeping track of interweaving multiple tunnels and 80 players. I have to admit that was definitely the most fun the wife and I have ever had being someone's minions. P-) The patchwork zombies were especially funny as one of the wife's hobbies is patchwork quilting. LOL ... and yes, you nailed it, 'Admiral Polly' is often the organizer and keeper of 'treasure' and lists behind the scenes. (However, for the record me hearties, Admiral Polly prefers spiced tea and Scottish bisquits to rum and crackers!)

Thanks again, Doc! We just hope you had even half as much fun as you definitely gave everyone else (participating or reading)! :D
Ha ha ha ! So YOU were the powerful evil behind this deadly penguin ! And you killed one or two of us, you undead treacherous terror ! Well, you also helped us a lot, so...
And greetings to your wife !
... and to the parrot !
Give a cracker to the first and some greetings to the second on my behalf ! (or the opposite, maybe)

A big big big thank you to our host Doc0075 ! That was one hell of a giveaway. I hope it wasn't too difficult to manage as we were very numerous, and too expansive for his wallet as well. It was real fun, although some were very unlucky very early.

Ahhh, what a disappointment ! I thought you and your wife were pulling all the strings. Oh well, that was very nice with Doc doing all of it himself anyway. I thought you were secretly mongering on some secret discord channel with Doc., debating on how you would torture and kill any of us !

And now, time to read what happened in the other tunnels...

Summons a dire wolf. Sadly it wasn't going to be very useful against a giant squid XD

Ah! It's a little sad you didn't get a chance to "use it". Thanks for lifting the mystery. :-)

It was an amazing game. I never knew roleplaying could be fun - especially not that it could be that much fun. Apparently, not an AI but other people doing their thing is what makes it so special. :-D

Yeah, it was cool.
Btw, IMO it would need more GM helpers, some sort of map with positions, and.. no splitting of already-formed parties pls.
