You can contact staff directly only in rare cases, when an urgent issue has gone unaddressed for a long time. If you directly try to jump the queue, you'll just be told to open a support ticket and be patient.
1. At the top of this page is the Support menu; from there choose
Downloads.
2. If nothing there helps, click the
Contact Us button near the bottom. Repeatedly telling the chatbot the suggestion wasn't helpful should make it prompt you for information to open a support ticket. Supposedly sending an e-mail to
support (at) gog.com also works.
Once a support ticket is open, you should get an automated e-mail. After that you can expect around 5 weeks until you get a response. For this reason, you're far better off trying to solve the issue on your own:
• Read the
Install with offline installers section of
How do I download my purchased items? to make sure you understand what you're supposed to be doing.
• In case of download problems, try disabling your browser add-ons, a different browser, or if possible a different Internet connection (e.g. using your phone as a hotspot).
• For the optional GOG Galaxy, get
the full installer instead of the default one that requires Internet access to download components.
