I cannot download the game I purchased or Galaxy 2 on my Windows 10 Desktop. Who can I contact?
Can you access it via https://www.gog.com/en/account ?

Another thread someone commented running galaxy as admin may solve the problem.
You can contact staff directly only in rare cases, when an urgent issue has gone unaddressed for a long time. If you directly try to jump the queue, you'll just be told to open a support ticket and be patient.

1. At the top of this page is the Support menu; from there choose Downloads.
2. If nothing there helps, click the Contact Us button near the bottom. Repeatedly telling the chatbot the suggestion wasn't helpful should make it prompt you for information to open a support ticket. Supposedly sending an e-mail to support (at) gog.com also works.

Once a support ticket is open, you should get an automated e-mail. After that you can expect around 5 weeks until you get a response. For this reason, you're far better off trying to solve the issue on your own:
• Read the Install with offline installers section of How do I download my purchased items? to make sure you understand what you're supposed to be doing.
• In case of download problems, try disabling your browser add-ons, a different browser, or if possible a different Internet connection (e.g. using your phone as a hotspot).
• For the optional GOG Galaxy, get the full installer instead of the default one that requires Internet access to download components.

Thanks but that is the same place I downloaded the installer from. I tried again and it starts downloading but after 4 MB it says it cannot connect to GOG. I see they are in Poland, I'm in Canada.

After 4Mb... hmmm....

Are you using a VPN? I know with PIA it works a block at a time (about 30Mb) before something in the protocol needs refreshed, so the linux ports don't work well.

If it's just a matter of getting galaxy i could download and send you a new link for it via a filesharing service.

edit: Got it uploaded but can't send you the link via pm.

Can you not download the offline installer, login to your account on we site, however over your name and select games. Find game and expand offline installers. Download the exe and possible bin files. Put them in me folder and run exe. Galaxy is not required.

The reason he linked to account is so you can download the actual game, not galaxy. You don't need galaxy to download the offline installer.

You can't run galaxy with AV or firewall unless you whitelist it. It also requires admin privileges. I've seen defender and UAC cause issues as well.
