https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denuvo has a list of the games that currently have Denuvo, or are suspected to have it at launch. Of course it's mainly the shitty publishers who carry it (Ubisoft, EA, Squenix etc..).
In my mind, if the developers & / or publishers gave a damn, then they'd release playable demos of the final product (as we used to have in the good old days) to see if (A) the game will run on the system (B) to see exactly how shit it is, then this would cut off the "Casual" piracy. Lets face it, there have been so many poor releases that there is no trust from the consumers to spend £30 / $30+ on a game which is one of the reasons why people 'Pirate' in the first place.
