Green_Hilltop: Refunds, or at least gift wraps do work. I accidentally redeemed the wrong code, but I didn't open the new game in my library at all, and the CS sent me a new code while removing the game from my library.
And they do have a 30 day refund policy but only for technical problems and game-breaking bugs so that one should work - it's sad that it didn't work you for you! Was your issue one of those?
The issue is the code bought at Gamestop doesn't work (already activated, apparently).
Between the two places (Gamestop and GOG) and I can't get a hold of anyone.
And of course I'm a bit more pissed at Gamestop as they don't tell you that you MUST have the base game with GOG for this DLC to actually work. Store employees had no idea, I had no idea (never even heard of GOG until this) and their website doesn't even warn you before buying.
So, suffice to say I'm a little salty that I haven't been able to play the DLC for over a week. Not that the compatibility issue is GOG's fault, but I'd at LEAST like the code to work.
