My Sims house is getting invaded by those garden gnomes, there are at least four of them scattered around. Pretty (mildly) annoying stuff!
Can someone help me out? I can't pick which time annihilating path to go down.

First question - 1, or 2.

Thank you again. I'm about to burn a lot of time as is, didn't need to waste it being indecisive about which game and class to play as.

Little quiet - luckily I have baseball too though (watching, not playing - that'd be dangerous!).

Sorcerer in Puzzle Quest 2. What I'll now be playing for roughly 60 hours.

Well, slow and quiet can be nice too sometimes :-)
Sometimes it can get a little too fast for me... that's a bit more rare these days, though.

Good evenoon, Nick.

No mentioning Puzzle Quest! My amazing time in Puzzle Quest 1 (on console) almost made me cave and buy Huniepop - which looked a lot like PQ to be honest. I felt far too dirty to do it though.

I'm not a casual / Bejeweled sort of player, and I mentioned it a few days ago but when I originally heard about Puzzle Quest I thought the concept of it was the most stupid thing I had ever heard... then I played the demo on my Xbox. Immediately bought it.

I can't believe it occurred to someone to combine those genres in that way and how perfect the execution was. Even the "extra" stuff (kingdom building, monster trapping) didn't need to be added in, but they really went to 11 with the content, and it all worked and all made the game tons of deep. Such an "out of the box" sort of game that was a total surprise for me.

*edit to add And 60 hours huh? I had NO idea the games were that long! Clearly I never finished my playthrough but I never would have guessed! Is the first that large a game as well?
*edit again to add:

If you'd bought Hunie Pop and expected Puzzle Quest, you would have been disappointed. Hunie Pop is based around a timed match-3 mechanic, where you have to beat certain point scores in a certain number of moves.

Oh yes, they can definitely go that long. I did over 60 hours on Puzzle Quest 2 with a different character. It's been a long time since I last beat 1, so I can't give a solid time frame, but there's so much content that it takes quite a while.
