j0ekerr: Yeah, some things got broken, others lost and in the end no one's happy with the result.

Much better, thank you.

I'm thinking of burning through my budget and renting that one game I mentioned yesterday.

And there's still so much sale left, I'm scared!
Yes - i still some functions the pm system had and also some conversations are still missing.

You're welcome and glad to hear that :)

It's a good discount on that game. Iirc correctly it's possible to play that game in japanese with english texts btw....
I actually started downloading it again to give it another try :)

j0ekerr: Cadbury's supposed to have a reputation. I'm not entirely sure what sort of rep, but it does have one.

I read about the creme eggs debacle.
Hershey manufactures Cadbury products in America. The ingredients (or amounts of ingredients) are different between us. Hershey reportedly adds more sugar, with less cocoa. Then Hershey went ahead and banned imports of British-made Cadbury chocolate. We get stuck with shite.

AgentBirdnest: Yeah, we get that a lot :-p
Usually, anything with a higher percentage of cocoa than our "milk chocolate" is hard to find. "Dark chocolate" is a specialty item, something that the chocolate makers put out a couple times a year as a gimmick. It's too bitter for most people here. We like having our chocolate loaded with a metric pluckton of sugar, until you can barely taste the chocolate anymore...
For the record, I prefer real chocolate. Not the weird-ass stuff that passes for it here :-p
We have some decent cocoa here in France too... Poulai 1848 is very good... you should give it a try ;-p

I remember my mom tried a spoonful of 1848 powder once... she choked on it and almost died :-|

ddickinson: Availability dates for judging chocolate? That would be anytime. :-)

What would they be judged on, things like taste, texture, and colour?
That's up to you ; you're the Judge, after all !! :D

ddickinson: My day should not be too bad. I am out with the round baler a bit later, depending on the weather. Then some stuff with the animals (milking, feeding, etc.) then lots of other little jobs. But nothing too bad. At least not yet anyway.

*big thank you return hug*
< Oogle : "round baler"... > Awesome !!! :-O ... Did you know that I wanted to drive combine harvesters when I was 4 ? I made a very detailed drawing of it back then (with scared rabbits running away) :-D
I would love to help you with the animals :-) it would be a nice change from my present job... (not more relaxing, I know ! but still !)
**More random happy hugs**

GreenDamsel: And yeah in general the Belgians really do know their sweets.
France for fine cuisine.
Italy for great sea food.
Denmark for pastries.
Norway for fish.
Germany for bread and everything on top of it.
Please.... stop that... I'm so hungry....... +__+

Funny intermezzo story on why no child ever visits my parents' house for halloween anymore: My father once gave those little demanding brats the wrong chocolate. The chocolate from his army supplies from 1959.
Thus it is always good to judge chocolate by its date.

ElTerprise: But i need much time to phrase those sentences ;)
Glad to hear that - is "Among the Sleep" a good game?
I guess, yes... :)
It's a nice game, yes ; the fact you play a 2 years old baby, plus in a "horror" game, is quite refreshing. It's not very realistic (show me one toddler who can climb a tree... lol ^^), but rather well designed, as much regarding its (fortunately not always) creepy atmosphere, its nice graphics (the characters are less well done than the settings). The main character moves slowly, but it fits well with his toddler condition. There is not much music. You can die if you get caught by your nightmare's monsters, which is not cool at all :-D (I'm a big wuss).

Haha nice one... In my case, 1848 is not the date the cocoa was made, fortunately. It's only the brand name :-)

Of course I didn't. She wanted to! :-p
She said that it was really good though, despite the choking.

That's sounds very atmospheric and it's quite an unusual protagonist :)....well i'm not a big fan of horror games although i played a bit of Outlast so far - which made me jump a bit - but that one sounds interesting for me...:)

It's much less scary than Outlast... I wasn't even able to enter the building >__< lol...
So if I can play this one, you'll do it very easily, even if you're not a big fan... !! :)
Speaking of horror games. Need to start deadly premonition soon.
