ElTerprise: That's sounds very atmospheric and it's quite an unusual protagonist :)....well i'm not a big fan of horror games although i played a bit of Outlast so far - which made me jump a bit - but that one sounds interesting for me...:)

I personally am not too fond of the genre. I have no problem with direct horror, such as Dead Space, Doom or Resident Evil. Indirect horror such as Amnesia: TDD freaks me out beyond measure though.

Pretty much the perfect blend of indirect and direct horror in one game. You have a psycho killer stalking you the entire game, and you can't fight back when he randomly appears. You have to find places to hide until he either finds you and kills you or can't find you and leaves and you continue.
