CarrionCrow: It largely depends on where you're trying to live. Last I heard, my hometown was dealing with an enormous rent spike because people who worked on the coast of California kept moving inland looking for cheaper housing because even people with good paying jobs couldn't afford rent for places that were actually nearby.
gunsynd: Same thing here.I can tell that before Xmas a work mate was paying $550 a week rent. And I said to him strewth for that sort of money, buy a house. He and his wife both work but still canno't get a loan to buy a house...People here soon will be passing down their Morgauge to children.Isn't it a pain when you forget how to spell sometimes, also thought you went to bed.Well if you nod off,I'll see you tomorrow.Sleep well, nice talking to some one that doesn't think their SHIT don't stink:-)
Sorry about that, got sidetracked by an email I'd been waiting for.
I know that feeling, an acquaintance just got a house because their credit is immaculate and they work constantly.
But now, they've got to make sure they never get sick, never get injured and no matter what, never even think of quitting or changing their job until they've got something else set in stone, otherwise they'll lose the house and ruin their credit in one shot.
I'll probably be around for a while longer yet. What's that saying about wicked people never getting to take naps? ;)
Have a good night, and sleep well when you get there. =)
(P.S. - My shit stinks just as much as the next person's, and I am keenly, almost painfully aware of that fact. -laughs-)
