I preferred the sales when I was still new to GOG. All those nostalgic games appearing with huge discounts. They were definitely more fun when I had lots of games on my wishlist and I could pick up lots of bargains. :-)

It's not that I dislike summer exactly, it's just the heat. It's bad enough been out in the heat with little shade, but working in the heat can be quite tiring. I do still enjoy lovely summer walks and things, but usually when there is a nice cool breeze. Our temperatures are the same, nothing too hot, but hot enough to become a bother while working.

Don't you mean winter/autumn? I thought that only the Americans said fall? Which is strange, they don't call summer sun, or winter snow. But you have autumn, when the laves "fall" and so they adopt that word for it. :-)

it might be best to pace yourself, especially when there could be new titles appearing. The nice thing about GOG sales is that they often repeat things, so you get a second chance to pick up anything you might have missed.
