EndreWhiteMane: I agree, totally uncalled for, all they did was what the thread was made for.

gunsynd: Yes,so I'm gonna give the person Sim City 2000 if he/she wants it.
Good man, very nice of you.
avatar
Stilton: If its not a silly question, where's the link for GOG's downloader?
avatar
CarrionCrow: Here you go. =)
I was shocked to find out that link was still there. ;)

No problem, but someone is not very friendly.

ddickinson: It's not that I dislike summer exactly, it's just the heat. It's bad enough been out in the heat with little shade, but working in the heat can be quite tiring. I do still enjoy lovely summer walks and things, but usually when there is a nice cool breeze. Our temperatures are the same, nothing too hot, but hot enough to become a bother while working.
Well that's perfectly understandable - i also don't like working in the summer heat (of course you have that regularly)....and as i said i like the summmer when it's not too hot...

Yeah well, I used Google to find it. Wasn't exactly counting on my ability to find it on the site otherwise. -laughs-

Thanks, ElTerprise - Crow linked me ;-)

Stilton: I'm afraid that's beyond me at this time of night.
Click on the game card, then on the More button, there's a choice for GOG Downloader links in there.
Hey, all! I hope you're all having a great day. Just got home from the mayo clinic, the endoscopy went well, the new anesthesia kept me asleep through the entire procedure (though I woke up within 10 minutes of them finishing apparently, which was about 2 hours earlier than everyone expected me to wake up... seemed to amuse most of the nurses that I was more alert and chipper than they were when I should have been out cold.) ;)

I need to read up on this thread, and get some dinner made for the lovely lady, but I'll pop back in a bit later this evening.

*Hugs / high fives / hellos all around!

Hey everyone, I'm doing fairly well, thank you all for asking.

ddickinson: Of course. When is a place ever well behaved with Hyper there? You are just a bad influence. :-)

Good evening, Hyper! I hope you are doing well, and hopefully you can have a lovely relaxing weekend?

[...].
I have a reputation to uphold, good to hear I'm doing a good job at it. ;-P

And I completely misunderstood Stilton's inquiry. duh.
I've already downloaded 80 of my games from Desura, some of them are very, very good games too.
Amazing what an Indie dev can get out of just a few dozen MB.
10+ GB games seem obscenely bloated by comparison. :-)

Sorry Hyper, I have to admit I didn't even notice your other posts.
Been doing 100 things at once today and not keeping up very well. :-)
Glad you're OK.

No worries, I admit having given up on even trying to keep up with the thread.

Hope you're doing OK yourself.
