EBToriginal: Goddamn it I've been on that for two of the last three years.

AgentBirdnest: I took it last year for chronic idiopathic nausea, and it really messed up my pipes for a while... but if it's never been a problem before, I wouldn't expect it to be now... I dunno, I'm not a doctor... but like I said, be sure to not rule that one out.

Most people don't have side effects from that one... but I'm always that exception :-|
I've had long running regularity issues and the last few years only got worse, I suspect this is part of the problem.

Yikes... well, I'd definitely look into that, then. I had half a dozen doctors, plus as many nurses who overlooked that. Finally a nurse who was a friend of my brother suggested that it might be the problem. After stopping, I was clear in about a week.
Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone. =)

Hopefully you're all having a pleasant day, and if anyone decides to kick an infant in exchange for improved bowel movements, please post video of the event (the baby kicking, not the bowel movement) on Youtube, thank you. -laughs-
Good Afternoon.

Aaah GTA3 the memories, the awesome music, the hilarious radio stations, the bashing of hookers' heads with a bat after having car sex with them...

I still love this game.

No babies to kick around unfortunately.

Inability to kick babies in GTA is a failure of the game designer....-laughing harder-

How's it going?

Meh, it's alright. Was browsing around TV Tropes this morning and found THIS. Kinda like Mage but with SCIENCE!

I agree, there should a mod allowing the punting of infants.

Let's see what you've been up to.

just popped by to link my wish here:

I was just reading this publication birth.movies.death that gave some good words on this game. I think it deserves to be in gog! :)
please go check it, if you like the movie Them! or the game It came from the desert. Well this looks to be mostly full on shooting, but the setting is just so cool :)

GhostwriterDoF: Good mid-morning! :)

The title certainly catches the attention, and the graphics look fine to me, even though dated.
The graphics are made to resemble old schol 256 colour VGA.

I wonder what's the native resolution and wether they've actually limited the on-screen colour palette to what VGA could handle.

Haven't been doing much, still downloading nearly a terabyte of crap at half a meg a second, and I'm still really, really patient about the whole thing.

Other than that, it's sitting here, chainsmoking, contemplating the probability of being a wine cooler alcoholic since I'm drinking at 9:26 in the morning, spitting out the occasional tooth shard and playing Dawn of War 1 while thinking, "This game fucking sucks."
Apparently, my experiences with later entries have made me retroactively hate everything in the whole series.

Good evening. =)

I've seen video reviews of a few games in that series. Never knew that any were out for PC, though.
Definitely voted for that one.

OY! I still enjoy the main campaign, as simple and straightforward as it was. I liked it because of that. I've never looked to WH40K for sophisticated plots or unexpected plot twists. It's a setting about killing everything that moves, then shooting all the trees just in case.

I thought you didn't like wine.

To me it's not holding up very well. At this point, the cutscenes look pretty ridiculous since none of the characters do so much as blink, so it's like they're delivering melodramatic dialogue while having an all-planet staring contest.

Also, once I cut out Whirlwinds, Rhinos and Assault Marines, none of which I ever use, the troop options aren't exactly great.

Then on top of that, it's pretty easy to see the beginning of some pretty lazy writing overall.
It's always one contrived reason after another why multiple groups all have to converge at a single point and fight.

Wine coolers aren't wine. Hell, they're barely alcohol. -laughs-

I'll have to try one of those, they look good.

Not really paying attention, just having fun with it when I feel like it.
Good afternoon everyone.

Well if you're going to try it, a recommendation or two.

Lemon soft drinks are most commonly used when mixing a tinto de verano. Try the one that best suits your tastes. Personally I hate all lemon tintos. it's either the crystal clear variety or nothing. However the local clear sodas over here are not like sprite or 7up, they're nowhere near as sweet or syrupy. If you go for clear, try to use one that's only about half as sweet as 7up or even less. Diet ones without sugar would be your best choice. It's generally agreed that using orange soda is a sin, yet some people will do it anyway.

Never use a good wine. Kitchen box wine will do just fine.

And if you try a kalimotxo and like it, never speak to me again.

Also, bear in mind that most of this stuff is drunk during botellon. Think spring break on a weekly basis. People in a botellón don't drink, they get drunk. So taste is a minor concern.

And legal drinking age is 16. EDIT: Well apparently is not anymore.

TV is showing Dragonball Z... I mean, Man of Steel. I dunno if I care enough to watch it again.
