Man of Stell huh?....movie was okay....

Well, to me the movie felt like a destruction bukkake-fest and I was the bitch getting a faceful of cgi-debris spunk. From a horse.

Also, suicidal Kevin Costner dad made for a good metaphor of his movie career choices.

Well i would use other words but you're basically right. It was a one-time watch for me - and that's enough for me :).

And i couldn't take that movie serious anyway....

I agree, which is telling in that I've lost count of how many times I've seen Dark Knight.

DC can't seem to make a decent Superman movie, even when breaking their necks.
I'm hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst in the next Batman VS Superman.
And I think Affleck makes a good Batman. He has the physique at least. There I said it.

Yeah seems so. I'm curious about the upcoming movie and would agree that Ben Affleck could really be a good Batman.
But i'm not a that great superman fan after all...

I never quite understood what all the hatedom on Affleck was about. To me, it all seemed like a dumb bandwagon the internet neckbeards jumped on. A lot like this Hatred bullshit going on at the moment.

And the whole neck twisting felt both lazy and out of character. He had other options. Hell, in the cartoon he blocked the omega beams with just his hands, I called bullshit on that of course, his hands should have been blown off, yes Darkseid is THAT powerful. But this was a nerfed version of Darkseid so I sighed and just let it go.

I see no reason why he couldn't have done the same thing with Zod though.

Well it might have something to do with some roles he chose....in some rather questionable movies....

You mean Superman breaking Zod's neck? Yes that was unnecessary (just like some of the excessive destruction). And definitely out-of-character because i didn't know Superman as this type of killer before - granted he was forced to do that by Zod but the entire scene was rather stupid....

Well, it's true that there are some details that some fans just won't allow to be touched I should know. I was more outraged at them for changing Lois Lane's hair from brunette to light brown than for making Perry White black.

To be frank - i don't mind those changes at all - but i can understand that some people do...

If there's one thing I do agree with the movie is that dubstep is bad for you.

Also, I fired up Empire at War last night. Seems very fun! I'm sure 4X and RTS gurus will find plenty to hate as each area would probably be considered lacking when taken on its own, but for a newbie like me and with it turned down to Easy I'm really enjoying it. I'm almost tempted to call the Saber Bundle the best buy here on GoG... almost. But man that D&D complete package...
