It's quiet in here this morning.

*starts brewing a pot of unbelievably strong coffee*
*hears someone is here*
Coffee?
*leaves thread again*
:P
And the coffee is done!

*starts pouring it in Styrofoam cups*

Moon come back and taste this coffee! NOW!!!!! :D
*yells back from safe distance*
No, try finding some of the coffee addicts. They should be around somewhere (hopefully) ;-)

3__3 Do I smell some coffee ? ♥
Good afternoon!

Did I miss anything fun while I was away? Any sign of Endre? And where are Crow and Agent today?

LaPtiteBete: ** Huge thankful hug **
Thank you so much for your kind wishes... your words are really comforting...
And... I need to find a random mad scientist for the teleportation aspect, then... ):'-|
*Even more big comforting hugs*

Perhaps Agent will know a mad scientist, those Americans sure do like to dabble in things that people should really leave alone. :-)

toxicTom: Late reply again :-)

Concerning long hours: Well it can't be helped *sigh*. Additionally I had to bring the little one to the kindergarten today, which means I delivered her at 8am and was in the office only at 9. With a regular 8h day plus lunch break I'll leave the office at about 6pm. Going home takes me about an hour - 7pm, at this time the kids should be in bed or on their way there.
If I don't have to deliver the little one, I often manage to start working at 7am +/- a few minutes. When I'm home at 5pm I can at least help my wife with preparing dinner, cleaning the kids and other chores. But often I still have to work until 6/7pm when project pressure is high.
It must be difficult not seeing your kids before you go to bed. I know that is one of the things that my brothers hate the most about working late. I try to take on as much as I can towards the end of the day, so that they can go home as early as they can and hopefully spend some time with their family before the kids need to be in bed. If it makes you feel any better, my regular day is 12+ hours, and when I am working longer like I am recently, then it can be anywhere from 14-20 hours a day.

Well I hope your day goes well, even if you are stuck at work, and hopefully a nice fun weekend will help make up for the long week of work.

*big hug*

Nope not seen any of them. Hopefully Agent did not get more sick than yesterday. And no sign of Endre.

Regarding Crow perhaps he finally needed some sleep :D

Good afternoon *hello again hug*

I don't think you missed anything - It was pretty calm in thread...
Haven't seen any of them so far...

How has your day been far, I hope your headache is feeling a little better?

I hope they are all doing okay. The place is not the same without them here. Maybe we should leave some bait to lure them in. We could talk about bikini mud wresting to attract Endre back, make some peanut butter sandwiches for Agent, and start talking about Icewind Dale to attract Crow? :-)

Sounds like a solid plan. Only question would be if Crow is perhaps on a self-torturing trip again, so if Icewind Dale does not work, we should perhaps talk about the pigeon dating sim :D

Pretty good so far. Took some notes for the university paper and helped my sister with her installing linux on an old netbook (but only via telephone as she lives in Kiel).

How was your day so far?

Didn't Crow took a break from playing Icewind Dale? So probably the Plan B might be useful ;)

Endre's here. Just not very talkative today. ;)

Good idea.

So:

1) Endre:
"Moon, shall we get our bikinis out and do some mud wrestling in the open for everyone to see, especially those with giant telescopes that they like to use to spy on us in Europe?

2) Agent:
"I think I will just leave these tasty peanut butter sandwiches here, so people can just help themselves to as many as they want.:

3) Crow:
"So I am thinking buying Icewind Dale, but I am not too sure, can anyone recommend the game and tell me a bit about it? Also, what are your thoughts on these incredible pigeon dating sims, I hear they are incredible. I think maybe I should get one of the dating sims, rather than Icewind Dale, as they are clearly the better games?"

Let's see if that brings them out of hiding. :-)
