We have quite a few over here, especially in the summer. Not always close to where I live (due to it being a rural farming area), but there are often nice events, especially near heritage sites.

Good to hear you're doing well! I'm doing fine too. I just ate dinner with my housemates and I'm planning on relaxing tonight, then getting back to work on my thesis tomorrow.
That is super nice! I think those fairs are always so much fun. I love just sitting around watching all the people in pretty clothes. :)

I'll be travelling to England on the 17th, although I'll only be in London for a single day. The rest of the week I'll be in Stratford-upon-Avon. I'm really looking forward to it! :)

Well it's a side-effect of the May 1st demonstrations which tend to result in clashes with the police in some districts of Hamburg especially Altona and the Schanze - there are similar situations in Berlin afaik...

Dammit, I must have clicked on the wrong list with my mobile phone - it's always so tiny. So I ended up looking at mrkgnao's list. It's definitely not on your list, although I wonder why not - considering your interest in P&C adventures and not finding it on your shelf.

I hope so too, that would be awesome. I'll be seeing As You Like It at the Globe, and in Stratford we're going to Jew of Malta, Merchant of Venice and Love's Sacrifice. My teacher (who goes every year) also told us that Stratford is very lovely, so I'm excited to see it. Thank you, and I'm sure I will. :)

It's going quite well, I've written 4000 words so far, and I have about 11000 to go. I'm planning on finishing the first chapter tomorrow and sending it to my professor to get some feedback.
