Sorry because of the holidays and spending more time on the cdpr forums, I have been more absent here. I recognise some faces here. :)

It seems like this thread is having a bad influence on you! Be careful or it will destroy you ;-)
Nah, I was crazy long before I came here ;)
Good morning/afternoon/evening, everyone. Hoping that your days and nights are good in general. =)

Hello, moonshineshadow. *hug* I saw you started a new game photography contest. That's awesome! I love those threads. I'll be keeping an eye out for interesting buildings to take screenshots of.

Yeah, after RadonGOG complained that there was no new one I thought that I could start one since I always enjoy good screens :D

Not too badly here, thankfully. I keep dozing off in my computer chair, so I'm now trying to counteract my current narcolepsy with a lot of coffee. -laughs-

Emob78: Is anything over 7,000 square feet legally allowed to be called a 'shack?' Seems there's a bit of difference between 'shack' and 'imperial palace.' I'm not familiar with how shrink ray guns fit in with Canadian law.

And congrats on the holiday. You just had the most stereotypical vacation in Canadian history. Did you also ride along with the Mounties and beat people up at a Hockey game?
Shack ... mansion ... it's a blurry line.

My brother in law married into a whole lot of money. He's pretty out of touch with reality.

I drove 1800 km, and generally sped the whole way, except for while we were driving through the blizzard (another canadianism). I tried to avoid the Mounties. I watched a lot of hockey on TV - World Juniors and all that. No fights though.

CarrionCrow: Seven bathrooms? Guess that'd make sense if there was one person per room and everyone came down with explosive food poisoning at once. Otherwise? Seems like they stocked up on extras just to have them.
Glad to hear that you and yours had a good time. Quiet new year's here, but that's not a bad thing. Beats having obnoxious drunks everywhere. =)
My goal was to shit in all 7. I was only there for two days though, so that wasn't going to happen. I had to settle for peeing in each one.

--------

The crazy thing about living without internet for a few days, was learning how pervasive the internet is to our daily lives:

"Let's go to the hot springs!"

"Are they open on Jan 1 - it's a holiday?"

"Let me check the internet ... oh"

"I'll call them"

"I'll look the number up for you ... oh"

And so on.

"My brother in law married into a whole lot of money." That would imply your sister has a whole lot of money. Does she share with you? :-)
