Looks very intriguing. But I have a few huge RPGs in my backlog (including Wizardry 6-8) so I'll wait until there is the faint chance I will have time to play it.
ddickinson: Don't worry. I have you on my list for later in the week. If you and Moon are not owners of a new star by then, the I will instigate some German bashing and get you both beaten with some +1s. :-) LOL. *thank you hug* :-)

It's getting slammed pretty hard for having a terrible interface and quite a few other things, kept it from being an insta-buy for me. :-(

I would be terrible at any discussion about history before 1850. My knowledge of American history mostly only spans from 1850-current.
Of course you still get a hug.
*Extra big American hug* ;-)
It's a good job I like peanut butter. :-)
As I said, if you ever wanted to have a chat about history, then my PM is always open. It doesn't have to be just about American or British history either, my head is full of historical knowledge from my student days. :-)
Here is a little random fact that is not a secret, but not everyone knows. America did not invent the Stealth Bomber, the Nazis did during the Second World War. The Americans just stole it and kept it for themselves after the war. Originally the Nazi's plan was to build a jet bomber that was capable of crossing the Atlantic, avoiding radar, and delivering the nuclear bomb they were developing. If I remember correctly, their target was going to be New York city. But obviously, it never happened (partly due to the brave efforts of the Norwegian resistance fighters who worked with the British to slow down the Nazi nuclear program by destroying vital instillations in Norway).

You are both very welcome. You and Moon are both wonderful and a real pleasure to get to know. The least I could do is get you some stars. :-)
*big return hug*

[interesting fact]
That is a really interesting fact! I had no idea :-O ... I bet many millions of Americans would be pissed to hear that. Especially since we've spent like 50 billion dollars on the damn things.
*Stealthy hug*

Okay, I will take a back seat and leave it all to you.
*Sits back and leaves Endre to sort our the German +1 bashing.* :-)
AgentBirdnest: Thanks for the offer :-)

*Stealthy hug* The US did of course advance upon the technology and make it it's own, but it was originally Nazi technology. I remember watching a documentary on it a few years ago, they even built a replica of the WW2 prototype at the US stealth research centre (don't know what it was called, but the place you developer and test your stealth technology). It did indeed work as intended, although of course the original would not beat current radar and detection methods,, but it could those used at the time. Even some of the staff there were surprised to find out it was originally German.
Of course, I was not trying to imply anything otherwise.

I'm mostly surprised at just how old the tech is. I've always thought the tech is closer to 40-50 years old.
By the way, hi Endre :-)
This is what I love to hear; the stuff that you normally never learn about.
Thanks for the interesting fact of the day :-)

(disclaimer - I may have the rocket and / or V series wrong, but you get the idea) I always loved the line though.
