ElTerprise: Hello, i'm doing really good :). How are you today?
I also have Men of War elsewhere. Would be really nice if the other games would also come to GOG.
I’m well and happy, thanks for asking. :)
Hope you are keeping in good spirits too.
Also hoping the Theatre of War games show up here as well (I just have the Korea one).
GhostwriterDoF: And a good day to all here. Hope everyone is doing as well as can be expected,
and even better if at all possible.
LaPtiteBete: Hello, Ghost !!
How are you doing ? :)
Speaking about war/flight simulators ; since I don't have any, I was considering to buy WINGS OF PREY... do you know it, or have heard of it ? it looks good too....
Hello to you too, lovely Owl!
<ruffles your feathers playfully>
I have my eye on Wings of Prey as well since it looks great, but I don’t know anything about it and will have to watch some gameplay videos and read reviews before I can make a decision about getting it, or not (probably will).
I’ve played IL2 Sturmovik a lot, (have original game discs for the Forgotten Battles and Pacific War, which is combined in IL2 1946). There are a lot of community patches as well, that adds dozens more planes and some maps, but you don’t have to download those addons to get a great game experience. It is a bit old in graphics, doesn’t look as good as Wings of Prey, but the planes are coded to fly realistically and the AI uses that to make battles feel real as well. (Plus it’s only 2.99 on sale!)
