Look at those 140y+ Japanese people. The eat rice (carbohydrates) and fish (not as low fat as most people think). And algea and stuff...
No I think our (exclusive we, DD ;-)) unhealthy lifestyle stems from lack of workout and fresh air (office slaves) and bad food at lunch break that is saturated with appetisers and artificial flavour enhancers (that are declared as "natural", like yeast extract).

I can imagine how much not fun at all it was working on a farm all day on an hour's sleep, if that.
Do you have anything fun planned for the evening?
I sleep for about 4-5 hours a night. But I know most people can't get by on that amount of sleep. I hope you have a restful night and are not too tired in the morning.
Goodnight, sleep well!

Would say you're absolutely right, because I remember the person saying the demand was high, the problem was affordability and lack of availability of quality items for a lot of people.

Yeah, sounds like it's rolling along steadily. Think when I looked, you have something like 67 S's.
Muttered "Holy shit, that's gonna take a while." when I saw it, but it's flowing along decently, so that's good.

One last post.
Many thanks for all the good night wishes! Good nights/days/whatever to you too! *hugs and waves*
ddickinson: But sadly what choice do many people have these days? Most jobs these days are sedentary, our cultures encourages us to live a sedentary lifestyle, and sadly fresh and healthy food is not readily available, which has caused many big stores to over-charge for the food that is fresh, due to high demand. I think if given the choice, most people would pick the fresh food, but they simply do not always have that choice, especially as you enter more urban areas. True, but it's not that simple. I actually often witness objectively poor people buying crap convenience food that is actually a lot more expensive that buying the raw materials. People have "unlearned" to cook, to prepare a proper meal. They buy "instant" stuff that is oversaturated with artificial "homogenous" taste that takes out all the fun of cooking (spicing things up) and still leaves them with all the tedious work (peeling/cutting/slicing the carrots). It's just dumb and sad...
Many thanks for all the good night wishes! Good nights/days/whatever to you too! *hugs and waves*
