That's pretty much the same for me. I own the ones I really want, the rest are just ones I have an interest in. But I guess others still have games they want on their wishlist, so they would be able to make a good top 5 list for Crow.

You are probably right. I have not really followed Anime for some time, most of the ones I have seen were at least 15 years ago. They were not perfect back then, but at least they were generally better than the strange style they have today (over-sexualised underage girls and effeminate pretty boys).

The market seems to be flooded with a lot of items that cater to such things.

It's like Netflix right now. They hardly ever get new anime, but the last time they updated, they got a show where high school girls beat on each other until their clothes are torn off, and a show where the females look slightly older, but instead of fistfights, it's supposed to be characters getting maimed violently in between the fan service.

Needless to say, there's two things I won't be spending my time watching.

What really sucks about it is that there's some really good anime.
It just gets dragged down by all the creepy shit that potential viewers associate it with.

If you ever are in the mood to watch more anime? I'd recommend Black Lagoon.
No creepy girls, no pretty boys, just a really good show.

I agree that there are some really good anime shows out there, with some very interesting storylines. Sadly as you said, they get buried beneath all the rubbish and creepy shows. Sadly these creepy shows put a lot of people of anime. Thank you for the suggestion. I do not watch much TV anymore, but should I feel in the mood for some anime, I will try to get hold of Black Lagoon. Studio Ghibli movies are among my favourite animes, some very good stories, beautiful animation and art style, and no real need for childish and perverted fan service.

Oh no, I'm quite fine... Never mind about the ice-water, it sounds quite unpleasant now that I think about it :-p

Fair warning - Black Lagoon's content is the animated equivalent of a hard R-rated action movie in the U.S.
It's definitely not lighthearted, typically.

Downloads seem to have gone well, I left them running while I was elsewhere, and so far, all is well. Doing them while I'm busy with other stuff saves getting frustrated about them being slow.
