CarrionCrow: Nice. =) Good to know you're not freezing half to death today.
Looks like low 70's here for a few days, then it's going up to near 80.
Can't help but think I'm going to end up with serious weather whiplash and end up with 90 to 100 degrees every day for months as payback for having a non-shitty winter.
Didn't grab the game, actually didn't hear about the promo thing at all til that part of it was all over.
Not a problem, though. Picked that game up at some point I can't even remember.
Had an interesting thought a minute ago. During Summer, for 400 I could wipe out the 64 5.99 or less titles on my list, then wipe out another 40 items in the 9.99 range as well.
That would drop my list from 156 to 52 in one shot. Very, very tempting.
EndreWhiteMane: I feel a bit 'cheapskate' here, my wishlist is at $186.00 to wipe it out.
That's for 11 games at full price. :-)
l0rdtr3k: And I can't play ROtT.
Sure,my PC isn't a powerhouse but I can play DXHR and Advanced Warfighter 2 buttery smooth. Fucking onboard graphics card.
EndreWhiteMane: Last year I updated my graphics card so I can play some newer games.
Problem is now some of the older games won't run so I didn't really gain anything. :-)
Here's the thing, though. You have that one quality that I seem to be lacking - restraint.
You chopped your wishlist just about in half, cost-wise.
On the other side of that coin, half a continent away from Restraint Land, out in the wild madness of List Frenzy, mine's stacked up at 1,763.44
You're definitely the more sane of the two, by far. =)
Granted, there's no way in hell I'm going to actually shell out almost 1,800 dollars for games when there are two to four sales a week, so a more realistic adjusted total for mine would be 587.81, a third of the overall retail price for everything.
