I started getting punchy by the time round one was over, definitely. But I also hadn't slept for about a day and a half when I got blindsided with the info that Insomnia was about an hour away from happening.
This is one of those aspects where I absolutely agree with you, regarding putting everything out there.
I got lucky because I had a bit of coin saved at the time. But I wasn't really budgeting, or making a plan, aside from clearing my list and making sure I didn't overdraw anything.
Not exactly refined, to say the least.
Knowing what's going to go up and having it there would be a huge change. You actually
could evaluate, budget, pick and choose and fine tune.
