PimPamPet: Thanks. :-)
And moonshine and dickinson too. I feel a little better now, and your quick response is not something I take for granted. I don't really feel like talking about my problems right now, but if you ever need someone to return the favor, I'm told I'm a good listener.
I hope everyone has a pleasant day.
Don't worry about talking about your problems, you only have to talk about what you are comfortable with in this thread. I hope you also have a pleasant day. And moonshine and dickinson too. AgentBirdnest: Looking through the new games...
I've never really played grand strategy games. I've mostly been into small-scale strategy games.
If I were to ever give it a try, what game(s) would be best for a newbie like me?
No idea. I know, I'm very helpful. :-) I've never really played grand strategy games. I've mostly been into small-scale strategy games.

I have never played any of them, the only game similar to them I have played is the first few Total War games, up to Medieval 2 Total War.
Which era interests you the most? Medieval, Pax Britannica, World War 2?
