GhostwriterDoF: ‘tis a fine day indeed, and I did manage to get up before the dawn.
ddickinson: I am usually up at 5/5:30am, so I usually get to enjoy the dawn, and the sunset. Both are just wonderful, especially in the countryside with no buildings blocking the beautiful view. :-)
GhostwriterDoF: I also found your earlier post touching and inspired, in a most sincere way. :)
ddickinson: Thank you. I keep regretting mentioning such things though, as I feel I am just making the place feel all sad and depressing, so I will try to stop mention such things so as to keep this place a nice and cheerful place.
I’m usually up at that time too, though I’m in the big city outskirts, so the beauty of the sunrise is too often obscured by my surroundings, and distant freeway noises echoing from early morning commuters making their way through life in the fast, and not so fast lanes. A trade off for access to all the modern conveniences I suppose. I’m a country boy at heart and never could fully acclimate to city living.
Do try not to regret writing from the heart, especially when it is part of your nature to do so. We all deal with issues, have the good and bad days, and share a kinship in many things. Your contributions to the on-going conversation here express a good balance of human decency, empathy and silliness. As most of the regulars in this particular thread do.

I wish posts could be deleted as long as no one has answered yet...
They can be edited, which is the next best thing..? ;)
