ddickinson: it looks like a lovely game, but I just don't think I would play it anytime soon, or if it is really for me. What do you think of the bundles so far? I think there has been a nice mixture so far.
Who knows, it just seems strange that some games are okay being in bundles for so cheap but often don't have a big sales discount, like Lifeless Planet, for example.
It is a nice variety, yeah. Something for almost everyone so far. Shooters, strategy, adventure, indie... Not many RPGs so far (which is not a problem for me :-D) except for the Fallout games, which could use a better discount. I'll never be able to look at that Fallout bundle without thinking "these used to be so much cheaper... and even free at one point."
Journey to the Center of the Earth is another that I waited ages and ages to go on sale here, and it never did... and suddenly appeared DRM-free with a soundtrack on Humble for a penny with other games. Why do I get pissed off when that happens? When I am getting a game for almost nothing? :-p
zeogold: "metroidvania" means it incorporates the exploration and slow upgrade progression of Metroid (primarily the "you can't go here until you get X upgrade" part) with the action/semi-linear gameplay of Castlevania.
Alright, I understand the Metroid part. I played that as an Agent-in-training... But I have no idea who Castelvania is :-)
