A lot of people are having this problem because of a program called "CryptoPrevent", but I do not have this program and even then I was having the same problems.

So I went after that, and I found my solution.

I went to the folder "C: \ ProgramData \ GOG.com \ Galaxy \ redists" and left it open.

I clicked to open the GALAXY GOG normally, and when the window appeared, I went back to the folder in explorer and ran "GalaxyCommunication.exe" (Yes, without the "Service" in the name)

All right, I did not have the mistake anymore and I did not have to repeat it.

I tried changing the service account but nothing worked, but I found a post in another thread saying that this is only a remote desktop problem, and it was my case. I was using the computer via Remote Desktop, so I logged in in the physical computer and ran Galaxy. It didn't worked but the log said another thing: error finding the settings in the registry.

Actual solution: Uninstall Galaxy and install it in the physical computer and never via remote desktop like I did. Somehow it stores the user associated with the remote session and it does not work. After installing it locally, it works properly.
