This looks very much like my type of game. Any chance of Linux support down the line as well?
Now we just need a wine drinking simulator.
Thematically I'd be very interested, but... why the abstract graphic style? If I think of wine I think of the beauty of Italian, French or Spanish landscapes. Not much wine making atmosphere coming along from these graphics for me. Anyway, I guess enough people like such aesthetics.
Hopefully they make it more fun than Terroir was. That game was sadly quite terrible. I wanted a "reductionist" management game that it had appeared to be, but they retained the wrong parts in that distillation and it was just not good.

Do we have an option to add diethylene glycol in our wine?

Very interesting!
adding glucose and fructose to wine will reprogram yeast to produce sweeter vin, it works especially with apples and sour grapes, personally, I am keeping my wine alive(well filtered), finishing it with honey, keeping in 3*C in ready to explode bottles... but Vineyard! That is a dream : ) once visited one on Lanzarote, they are growing in volcanic ashes having strong winds...bet vineyard could happen on Mars...vine is a strong plant... wishlisted

We do have a coffee-making and talk-over-a-coffee simulator. Also we have a coctail-making simultor. Also a cooking simulator. This was long due! :-D

I was just thinking that it's probably a better idea to start a vineyard if this game appeals to you :P. But it does look like a tempting wine tycoon game.
I would like to find out how deep the simulation goes. In terms of soil characteristics (and fertilization), climate, weather during the campaign, behaviour of the grape variety under different conditions of the factors mentioned and more like resistance to plagues and so on.

Then, the wine-making operations and what feasible options do you have according to the conditions of the grape juice and environmental ones.... This could be fascinating. Also I trust that there will be different levels of difficulty, allowing for some factors taken out of the simulation (just like in flight simulators).

Machinery, energy consumption, personnel, brand management....

Wishlisted and will be waiting for reviews!

I have a strong suspicion that starting with this simulator might be a somewhat less daring financial proposition. Possibly :-)

Apparently, the winemakers in the game wear no clothes, which is OK. Most likely, their wines will be organica and free from sulphites and sacarose. Cheers!

I feel the same. This aesthetic doesn't help what IMO should be foremost a beautiful game.
