I have just tried and failed 3 times. I have lost all hope. Is there a direct email or something I can do? I have an account and have paid money for games, I dont understand all these hoops I have to jump through to contact them.
Especailly because Im using the option through my recipt to contact for issues...
I bought diablo and it appears on my credit cards pending TWICE. I have never seen this before and am worried I will get charged TWICE for ONE game.
A direct email for GoG or a phone number? Or do i have to waste more time trying to submit a ticket somehow?
